Welcome to the Hospitality and Tourism department!
Welcome to the Department of Hospitality and Institution Management. We are a celebrated department comprising different food and beverage, catering, and tourism disciplines. The department is committed to the core values of creativity, innovation, and excellence. We also offer a wide range of competence-based courses in Food Production (culinary arts) for levels 3, 4, 5, and 6.
The academic staff consists of experienced trainers as well as technical staff with various expertise in different fields. These staff members bring a wealth of industry knowledge and ensure that they provide practical skills to the trainees. The department has the necessary equipment to facilitate training, and with a strong emphasis on practicals, we maintain a high exam pass rate. The ultimate aim of the skills acquired at the end of the course period is to create a responsible trainee who will serve the country and society through innovation, education, and research.

2. Food and Beverage Sales and Service
