The process
01
Submit Application
Submit your application directly to the institution. You will also be required to apply for placement through KUCCPS.

Document Submission
Prepare your National ID, KRA PIN, Birth Certificate, KCSE/KCPE result slips and certificates, and any other required documents for verification.

Scholarship Application
Apply for a scholarship under the HEF model.

Get Clearance
Proceed from the registry to finance for fee payments and clearance. Visit the dean for accommodation arrangements, then the deputy principal.

The following documents are required during admission to Khwisero Technical and Vocational College:
- KCSE Result Slip
- KCPE Result Slip
- KCPE Certificate
- KCSE Certificate
- National ID
- Birth Certificate
- Parents' or Guardians' National IDs
- 2 Recent Colored Passport Photos

Application Process

The admission fee is Ksh. 300. After admission, trainees pay an additional Ksh. 1500 for KUCCPS processing.
Once your application is processed, you will receive an admission letter. You will then fill out a TVET MIS admission form and go through the following steps:
- Visit the registry for admission
- Move to finance for payment
- Visit the dean for accommodation arrangements (if needed)
- Get clearance from the Deputy Principal

Sponsorship
Trainees of Khwisero can access the following financial aid packages:
- HEF: Higher Education Financing is a government funding model that comprises a scholarship grant and a loan. Learn more >>HERE<<
- NG CDF Bursaries from the trainee’s respective constituency.
- County Government Bursaries from the trainee’s respective county.
For a trainee to qualify for HEF scholarship, they should:
- Have sat for KCSE assessment.
- Be fully admitted as a bonafide trainee of Khwisero TVC.

Accommodation
The college has partnered with local private real estate developers to ensure that our trainees are properly housed in student-friendly accommodation.
Hostel accommodation typically ranges from Ksh. 1500 to 2000 per month.
Hostels provide beds, but you will need to bring your own mattress and other personal household items.
