In a world with rapid lifestyle changes, economic volatilities, violence in families, divorce, peer-group influence and pressure, drug and substance abuse challenges are inevitable. The challenges may be physical, psychological, and/ or spiritual and require listening, sharing, encouragement, and solutions. These challenges are real and substantially impact students’ and staff’s personal, social, career, and academic development.

The college has developed a comprehensive guidance and counseling program integral to its activities. This program addresses the needs of all by providing personal and social assistance to students, staff, and the entire Khwisero TVC community while also helping to create a positive and safe learning environment within the institution. Additionally, the program supports students in tackling issues and resolving problems through peer counseling, support group meetings, seminars, and training sessions.
